MINING SUPERVISORS/ DEPUTIES

Reporting to the Undermanager, your focus will be to develop and implement plans and lead the team in their daily and weekly activities, and ensure systems of work are carried out in accordance with the required standards. Training, coaching and mentoring individuals will play a big part of your role.
