The Client are a leading Mechanical maintenance contractor with a client base spanning all the major Iron Ore and Gold Miners. They are currently requiring multiple Fixed Plant Fitters, as well as, Boilermakers, Trade Assistants and Riggers for multiple Shutdowns in April and May.

There is at least 6 months + of planned shutdowns throughout the year, for those wanting regular shutdown work – we can offer around 3 weeks per month for good reliable workers.

The Role:

You will be working in a large team for routine, preventative maintenance and breakdowns across all fixed plant ixed Plant Fitters, as well as, Boilermakers, Trequipment such as conveyors, crushers, chutes etc…

Must Haves:

  • Trade Qualifications or Cert III level
  • Confined Space
  • Working at Heights
  • Basic Fire Unit of Competency
  • Drivers License
  • Gas Test Atmosphere Card (Advantage)
  • Able to pass Medical and DAS
  • Major Mine Site inductions (BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Roy Hill etc..)
