The role

They are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Plant Operators for FIFO 3×1 rostered work in the North Goldfields for approximate 4-5 month contract.

The work is well suited to personnel who can work the longer roster plus 11+ hr days.  They are looking for Scraper  Operator, All-Round Operators plus D/Truck Operators.  Interested candidates would benefit from having experience on a variety of other mobile plant but not essential.

Suitable applicants will have.

  • Experience on one or more of:
    • Scraper – 637E P/Pull
    • D/Truck – Haulmax Side Tipper
  • Hold a nationally accredited certificate of competency (COC)
  • Hold current HR drivers license.
  • All round plant operators who can also operate Dozer, Excavator and Grader are encouraged to apply.
  • Comply with company plus client policy and procedures.
  • Ability to successfully undertake Pre-Employment Medical plus Drug & Alcohol Screening.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
