Mechanical Fitter Fixed Plant Mining Shutdown Gold Coast QLD

The client is seeking a Fitter with Fixed Plant and shut down experience for a short-term contract.
You will have extensive experience as a fitter in relocation and re-installation work and be based on the Gold Coast. Experience with lower tolerance or precision style work such as gearbox rebuilds would be advantageous.

Successful for this role, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • Trade qualified
  • General Fixed Plant and Shut Down experience required
  • Mechanical Fitter background
  • Relevant experience to the role
  • Ability to work fast paced
  • Common sense and ability to problem solve
  • Able to work in a team environment

This position is project based and will go for 8-10 weeks:

  • Day shift
  • Competitive flat rate

Role is subject to an interview with Black Wolf Consulting and the client first.

Experience:

  • Mechanical Fitter: 3 years
  • Fixed Plant Fitting: 3 years
