Longwall Move Operators $85.00 per hour
Longwall Move Operators Longwall Mine Emerald Queensland NSW
PIMS Group is a leading provider of Mining, Maintenance and Technical Services to the coal industry in Queensland and NSW. PIMS Group are currently recruiting for Longwall Move Operator positions for the Kestrel Longwall Mine in Emerald. They are seeking personnel who are highly motivated and have a strong commitment to safety and working in a team environment.
The roles are:
- 5/4 4/5 Roster (Split Roster)
- Transport to and from site provided
- Accommodation & meals provided while on roster
- Excellent Rates – up to $85/hr
- Opportunity for ongoing work with PIMS after the longwall move project is completed
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Standard 11 Induction Training
- 12 Months of relevant underground coal mining experience including previous longwall moves
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Site Competency Report – LHD’s / Bolting & Driftrunner tickets
Desirable Skills:
- Longwall move equipment experience (Mule, Dozer, 40T & 60T LHD’s, Shield Haulers)
- Longwall production experience
