MRV Metals, a fully owned subsidiary of the Moreton Resources Limited Group of Company’s, is rapidly advancing through the commissioning phase of the Granite Belt Project, in Texas Queensland following successful grant of a Mining Lease and Environmental Approvals and is expected to reach full operations in processing areas within the next two months, followed by commissioning of there major crusher refurbishment in March 2018, rounded out by mobilization and mining commencement, in April 2018.

Currently seeking application for the following position:
- Qualified Carpenter and Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Working days shift Mon to Thurs (6am-5.30pm) and Friday 6am-12.30pm
- $70,500 per annum including superannuation
- Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Boilermakers and Heavy Vehicle Electricians
- Working rotational 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- $94,000 including superannuation
- Supervisors and Operator / Maintainer
- Working 4 Days, 4 Nights, 4 Off, 12 hours shift
- Operator $94,500 / Trade $97,500 / Supervisor $99,500 per annum including superannuation

As an Diesel Fitter/Mechanic apprentice, you will complete a four year apprenticeship program, which will provide you will essential experience, skills and knowledge to achieve a Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
Working a rotational roster, Monday to Friday, 12 hours shifts. Remuneration starts from: $43,000 including super.

They are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Trainees to join the team to work across operations whilst learning how to operate mining plant and equipment. These are entry level positions enabling the candidate to learn and develop new skills and knowledge whilst completing a Cert II in Surface Extraction Operations.
This position is working on a rotational roster, 4 Days, 4 Nights, 4 Off, 12 hours shifts. Remuneration starts from: $56,000 including Superannuation (dependent on experience)

The Bowen Basin contains the largest coal reserves in Australia. This major coal producing region contains one of the world’s largest deposits of bituminous coal.
The Basin contains much of the known Permian coal resources in Queensland including virtually all of the known mineable prime coking coal. It was named for the Bowen River, itself named after Queensland’s first Governor, Sir George Bowen.
The Bowen Basin covers an area of over 60,000 square kilometres in Central Queensland running from Collinsville to Theodore and is dotted with many coal mines operated by multiple mining companies.
Caterpillar Haul truck 793
The 793F has a load cpacityof 226.8 ton (US) and a top speed of 60 kilometres an hour. It's a turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled diesel engine that has enhanced power management capability for maximum hauling performance. The C175-16 is a 16-cylinder, four-stroke design that uses long, effective power strokes for optimum efficiency.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)
Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
