Techforce Civil & Mining division are urgently seeking Mobile Plant Operators due to the award of several new contracts and extensions to current works.

They have a variety of opportunities, FIFO from Perth offering 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 rosters for an immediate start with possibility of on-going work for the right candidates.

Current positions on offer include;

  • Excavator Operators (Final Trim desirable)
  • Loader Operators
  • Roller Operators
  • Water Cart Operators
  • Articulated Haul Truck Operators
  • Dozer Operators (Final Trim with GPS desirable)
  • Final Trim Grader Operator with GPS (at least 5 years’ experience)
  • All Round Operators (experience 3+ machines)

In order to be considered you must meet the following requirements;

  • Nationally Accredited Plant Operator ticket
  • HR Driver’s License
  • White/Blue Card
  • Senior First Aid (desirable)
  • Proven experience in the Mining, Civil and Earthworks sector

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
