Heavy Duty Fitters – Mobile Plant

  • Above and Below Ground experience
  • FIFO 2:1 & 8:6 rosters available
  • Minimum 3 years post trade experience

Heavy Duty Fitters Mobile Plant Mechanics Mining WA

The roles available include Workshop in the Perth metro, Workshop and Field Service roles for residents in regional areas, FIFO 2:1 rosters as well as 8:6 rosters across various remote sites in WA.

Metro, Regional and FIFO Roles Available

Candidates must meet the following selection criteria:

Heavy Duty Fitters Mobile Plant Mechanics Mining WA

  • Australian Trade Qualification in either Diesel fitting or Plant Mechanics
  • Minimum 3 years post trade experience
  • Mobile Plant mainly CAT, Atlas Copco & Hitachi knowledge
  • Excellent fault finding capability
  • Experience in rebuilds a major advantage
  • Good Communication Skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Metro & regional applicants must be available for Weekend Work
  • HR Driver’s license (HR Learners permit) preferable but not essential
  • Two contactable references
  • Ability to pass a medical and LABDAS
  • Good Attitude towards Safety
