Heavy Duty Fitter Trade Maintenance Earthmoving Machines FIFO Perth

WorkPac is currently seeking HD Fitters for maintenance work at an Altura Mine approximately 2.5 hours South East of Port Hedland . The successful candidates will work an 2:1 roster completing 11.5 hour shifts, DAYSHIFT ONLY, FIFO from Perth.

The successful candidate will be required to perform maintenance on Heavy Earth-moving Machines. Min 5 years post trade experience – searching for solid understand of the use of electronic/computer program diagnostic software as well as experience working on CAT, KOMATSU and HITACHI equipment.

Must Have:

  • Hold an Australian recognized Heavy Duty Fitter Trade Qualification
  • Forklift ticket desirable
  • Working At Heights desirable
  • Basic rigging tickets would be preferred but not essential
  • Current Manual Drivers License
  • Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical including DAS screen
  • Demonstrated track record of working safely
  • Provide two contactable referees
