Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter Mobile Plant Mechanics FIFO Rosters Perth-iMINCO.net Mining Information

Skillforce Recruitment is a WA owned and managed Company who are partnered with several mining contractors and premier shutdown providers.

You will be responsible for the scheduled maintenance and repairs to various heavy mobile plant equipment. These positions are based at workshops and various sites throughout the Pilbara. Those experienced working on machinery such as Cat, Hitachi, Komatsu,etc, are crucial to these positions.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

  • Trade Qualification – Heavy Duty Fitter (Diesel) or similar
  • Post trade experience is highly advantageous
  • OEM experience with Hitachi, Komatsu and CAT is a must
  • Mine site experience is preferable
  • Ability to pass fitness for work medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screenings
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A positive attitude with a proven positive work ethic

  • Rio Tinto, Inductions
  • High Risk WP and other licenses
  • Working at Heights
  • HR License or greater
  • Current Police Clearance
