SES Labour Solutions is searching for skilled and qualified Heavy Diesel Auto Electricians to join a professional and skilled maintenance team in North Queensland to ensure mobile mining equipment performance is of the highest standard.

They are searching to fill a number of site based positions which will allow you to work an 2/2 FIFO roster, with accommodation, meals and a competitive hourly rate. Candidates with a background working for OEM groups such as CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi will be highly regarded.

As a valued member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance activities as well as diagnose and fault find mechanical / electrical issues in breakdown situations
  • Uphold stringent company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Regular servicing of mobile equipment to promote strong equipment availability
  • Work closely with others to promote skills development

To be considered for this role it will be essential that you possess the following:

  • Auto Electrician trade qualifications
  • Current Valid Drivers License and Coal Board Medical
  • 3+ years exposure on surface mobile earthmoving equipment in mining
  • Ability to effective fault find & troubleshoot mechanical issues
