Flexi Staff Pty Ltd is a leading Western Australian owned and managed company specializing in all aspects of recruitment and labour hire.
They currently require an experienced Front End Loader/Labourer to join one of Perth’s largest and well known councils. The client provides a friendly and welcoming environment as well as a rewarding and satisfying career.
You will be required to work Wednesday to Sunday 8.30am until 4.30pm.
As a part of this role you will be operating a Front End Loader to move green waste, construction/demolition material, rubble etc. You will also be required to drive a Hook Lift (tip) Truck to drop rubbish to other recycling locations.
Other duties of this position include monitoring the loads, providing quality customer service and some manual lifting – however nothing over 15kg.
The Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this position you MUST possess the following:
- Front End Loader ticket
- HR Auto License Preferred
- Occasional driving a hook lift (tip) truck to take rubbish to other
- Council experience highly regarded
- Experience in a similar role provided on resume

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)
Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
