Experienced Excavator Operators

There client is a well-regarded civil construction company with over 20 years of industry experience. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they currently require several experienced excavator operators with GPS/Final trim experience and also excavator operators with drainage experience (trenching, working with pipe crews – storm water, sewer) for temp to perm positions based on the north and south-side of Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to gain ongoing work within a well established civil construction company.

To Be Considered:

  • Excavator ticket/RII
  • Recent final trim and GPS experience and or drainage experience
  • 1 year + experience in mobile plant operating (excavator)
  • White Card/Blue Card
  • Own Car and license
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Proven experience on a civil sub divisional site
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • 2 contactable references

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
