- $39.33 p/h – $43.05 p/h + Super paid on all hours worked

Client is Australia’s largest coal producer and exporter with several mine sites located across the Bowen Basin in Queensland. This company currently has an opportunity available for an Experienced Warehouse Operator to commence work in the Bowen Basin working either on a Lifestyle 5/4/4/5 Roster or 7/7 Day & Night Roster.
Your new role
This role will see you undertaking general manual handling activities, operation of a forklift, goods receipting, picking stock, unloading and loading of trucks and stock taking as well as all general warehousing tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have a strong safety focus, be a team player and have extensive experience as a Warehouse Operator on a coal mine site.
As well as holding extensive experience as a Warehouse Operator, you also must have a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 *Standard 11 Training*; or willing to obtain.
It is also a mandatory requirement that you hold a Forklift License and are able to work 12 hour day & night shifts.

The Standard 11 is a course that provides skill and knowledge required for working in surface coal mines under the QLD Mining Inspectorate Recognised Standard 11.
