CHPP / CRUSH PLANT SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Coal Quality & Geology Superintendent, at Blair Athol Operations, you will be accountable for the safe operational management of the CHPP to achieve the safety, production, operational and quality budgets and targets set. You will achieve this through the careful monitoring and management of the maintenance and operational activities of the plant on day-to-day basis

You will set high standards for the site’s production targets through efficient and safe plant activities. Through your previous experience in process management in a similar position you will know exactly what activities are required to achieve maximum availability of plant and equipment. Your effective interpersonal and influential skills will ensure you develop and promote strong and ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contractors.

They are seeking a credible, decisive and achievement oriented leader who will be a role model for safe work practices and an achievement oriented work culture.

To be successful in this role:

• Have at least 5 years previous CHPP and Crushing Plant Supervising experience.
• You must have S1, S2 & S3 qualifications.
• Tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, contractor management
• Plant statutory qualifications are desirable.
