A fantastic opportunity exists for ticketed and experienced Excavator and Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator to join there client in completing the construction of the Onslow Power station.

Doing a 4/1 roster, 10.5 hour days and not stopping through the Christmas period the successful applicants will need to hold Excavator & Bobcat/Skidsteer tickets, an open drivers license and construction awareness card and be experienced with trenching, back filling and leveling.

Along with experience you must have:

  • Australian recognized Excavator & Bobcat/Skid steer ticket
  • Civil/Construction operating experience
  • Current Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Willing to work a 4/1 roster and work through the Christmas break
  • Available for an immediate start

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
