Electricians & Electrical Trade Assistant

EC&M Limited (ECM) is currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Trades & Electrical TA’s for a project at Byerwen Coal Mine, located 140 km west of Mackay, Central QLD for an immediate start.

Electricians Trade Assistant Coal Central Processing Plant QLD

ECM will supply and install the electrical and instrumentation elements of the construction of the new coal Central Processing Plant (CPP).

Preference will be given to applicants who have a Mackay/Gladstone or Rockhampton, point of hire and who have a current Standard 11 Induction Training along with a current Coal Board Medical would have an advantage however all candidates will be reviewed based on skills and experience.

Personnel will be transported from site to Mackay/Gladstone or Rockhampton working on a 10/4 Roster.

Electricians Trade Assistant Coal Central Processing Plant QLD

Suitable applicants must possess:

  • QLD Electrical License
  • Trade Certificate [Australian Recognized]
  • Current CPR/LVR (12-month expiry)
  • Current Drivers License
  • High-Risk License WP
  • OHS Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights
  • Cert IV Instrumentation – highly regarded

Highly Desirable:

  • Standard 11 Induction Training Coal Mine Induction Certificate
  • Coal Board Medical (5 Years Validity)
  • Current CPR/Low Voltage Rescue certificate
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
