Experienced Dump Truck Operator
Client, a leading Coal producer in the Hunter Valley region is looking for experienced Operators. The successful applicant will have 12+ months experience in mining.
Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will be required to operate mobile plant equipment. As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client’s project requirements. You will be highly motivated, reliable and be committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement principles.
- Demonstrated experience operating at least a 777 Dump Truck in an open cut environment with at least 12 months experience.
- Must be able to provide verified relevant competencies.
- Production and safety orientated with a focus on achieving results for both yourself and for the company
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.

Please Note: This role is on a rotating roster, day/ night shift including weekends.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Coal Board medical and must reside in the local area as this is a residential role
The position commences in approximately 2 weeks however our client would like to interview candidates as soon as possible. The successful person will be subject to a D&A Screen and full Order 43 pre-employment medical.

Standard 11 Mining Induction
The Standard 11 is a course that provides skill and knowledge required for working in surface coal mines under the QLD Mining Inspectorate Recognised Standard 11.
If your job means you must access a Queensland coal mine site - you'll need a Standard 11.
The Standard 11 covers essential safety training designed to keep you and other workers safe from injury and harm when working on site.
