Drilling Repair Technician -Diesel Mechanic/ Mt Isa – FIFO

Atlas Copco introduced its Rig Control System (RCS) – as early as 1998. Today’s Atlas Copco rigs feature fourth generation RCS automation. This includes wireless online data transmission between rig and site office.
Currently searching to employ career minded Underground Mobile Plant Repair Technicians to work in Mt Isa QLD.
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to state of the art technology and equipment, whilst being a part of a business that is leading the industry into the future.
Successful candidates will need to have:
- Cert 3 trade apprenticeship (in Mobile Mechanical Repair or closely related)
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulics systems
- Underground experience
Working on Atlas Copco Simba drill rigs. You will be working on a 4 days on 3 days off roster . Residential or FIFO Townsville to Mt Isa – fly in Monday evening and out Friday evening.
