About the Role:
readi is currently seeking experienced Dragline Mechanics to join there team to support a major client in the Queensland coal sector.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Day to day maintenance support on Marion Draglines
- General servicing and planned maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair faults as required
- Replace major components as required
Essential requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Duty Mechanical)
- Specific experience with maintenance of Marion Draglines (8250 & 8750 models)
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11 Induction Training or BMA Core Induction – Issued within the last 5 years
- Confined Space – Issued within the last 2 years
- Working At Heights – Issued within the last 2 years
- Strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely
- Current Drivers License
- Good communication skills
- Excellent team player
