Experienced Diesel Fitters
Diesel Fitters Trade Mining experience Blackwater
They are currently searching for a number of experienced diesel fitters for long term roles based in the Blackwater region. These roles will be casual to begin with however the client has expressed an interest in searching to make the roles permanent in the future. There is a lifestyle roster on offer of 5/4, 4/5, and 5/5 with the option of BIBO or DIDO to camp with 12.5 hours shifts.
Previous mining experience is essential ideally in the coal industry and you will ideally have a current coal board medical and BMA induction although the client is willing to assist with this.
The successful candidates will need to have:
- Relevant trade qualification and mining experience
- CAT Excavator, Dump truck, Dozer and Grader experience.
- Terex and Hitachi Excavator experience ideal as well
- Hi Level of safety awareness
- Relevant inductions and medicals or ability to pass them
