They are looking for a motivated, hard working individual to join team. They are a small, family run business located in the Pilbara and are looking for someone with experience with earth moving equipment and highway trucks with a diesel mechanic qualification.The candidate must be able to work efficiently on their own and within a team. They are currently have a fleet of CAT machines and Kenworth trucks and trailers which are working in a lithium mine construction area.
The business is located an hour south of Port Hedland.The candidate must be fit and ready to work in the Pilbara and the conditions that come with that, it gets bloody hot here in Summer.The successful candidate will be responsible for various jobs including scheduled servicing and maintenance as well as break down repairs as required. Port Hedland based person, however are willing to do FIFO for the right person, they can cover flights to and from Perth on a 4 and 1 roster.This position is available immediately.

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
