The Reserve Group is a dynamic Queensland based company specialising in providing maintenance, operations, training and safety support services to the mining and coal processing industries in Central Queensland.

They are seeking Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP) Operator / Maintainers to fill multiple roles for clients based in Collinsville, Middlemount and Moranbah. These roles have an immediate start and are would suit those with a good working knowledge of Coal Handling Preparation Plants.  The roles offer a great work–life balance, with a 7/7 roster.

As a CHPP Operator Maintainer, you will possess the following:

  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CHPP Operator
  • Relevant RII’s operating tickets
  • Trade certified
  • Standard 11 Induction Training Statement of Attainment Certificate
  • Drivers Licence or Passport

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
