Seeking Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP) Operator / Maintainers to fill multiple roles for a client based in Clermont. These roles have an immediate start and are would suit those with a good working knowledge of Coal Handling Preparation Plants. The roles offer a great work–life balance, with a 7/7 roster.

Coal Handling Preparation Plant Maintainer Mackay QLD

As a CHPP Operator Maintainer, you will possess the following:

  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CHPP Operator
  • Relevant RII’s operating tickets
  • Trade certified – either electrical or fitter
  • Coal Board Medical
  • Standard 11 Induction Training Statement of Attainment Certificate
  • Drivers License or Passport

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
