Mining Operations Officer – Capcoal Underground Operations

They are currently recruiting for a motivated Mining Operations Officer to support Underground operation Grasstree for a 12 month fixed term contract. Your will be the principal provider of administrative support to the Mining Operations Manager, Operational Superintendents and other operational employees as required.

This role is primarily intended to assist in the organisation of the management systems that support the Operations Team.

While providing administrative support to the Mining Operations Manager and supporting a number of departments, your key focuses will be on their compliance, governance, reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly required reports.

The confidence and ability to update Operational Procedures and panel standard documents as required, administrative activities required to maintain MOS compliance (meeting schedules and attendance/ set up / minutes / MOS boards / sequence plans).

You will be a system savvy and confident operator and used to working with multiple applications at any one time, previous exposure and experience with mining systems will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you will possess a genuine drive to assist the team through the provision of quality services. You will have an advanced level of accuracy, keen attention to detail, a mind that continuously spots process efficiencies and outstanding time management skills.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract role working a Monday to Friday roster.
