Bore Runner Machinery Job Operator Comely Station QLD

They are searching for a motivated, reliable and organized person to fill the role of Bore Runner/Machinery Operator to join there small team at Comely Station, a back grounding operation near Moura Qld.

The Successful applicant will be required to do bore run 2 days a week working with manual start Kabota motors, windmills as well as carry out repairs and maintenance to fences. They have and Cat 140G Grader and a Cat 966c Loader that you will also be required to operate.

Duties include:

  • Starting Kabota motors
  • Cleaning Troughs
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Fencing
  • Operating a CAT 140g Grader
  • Operating a CAT 966c Loader

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong observation skills and ability to report effectively
  • Willingness to be a part of a small team
  • Manual Drivers License
  • Previous experience in related fields
  • Q-Fever vaccination
  • Successful applicant will be subject to a National Police Check

Desired Criteria:

  • Current basic first aid certificate
  • Grader and Loader tickets
  • Basic mechanical back ground

Physical Requirements

This is a physical job that can be physically demanding. You will need the ability to lift, or move up to 20 kilo’s and occasionally more. You will be expected to be able to bend, kneel, climb, lift, and grasp various items of equipment.
