Blast Hole Driller – ASAP Start in Blackwater Mine Jobs
- $50.00 – 60.00 p/h + Super paid on all hours worked
- Immediate Start – 5/4 5/5 4/5 Roster
- Camp Accommodation and Meals Provided
Client is seeking a Drill Operator that have experience working on a QLD Coal Mine. Transportation is available for suitable candidates along with the option of LAHA residential housing allowance for those wishing to relocate their families.
Your new role
This role will see you working reporting to the Drill & Blast Supervisor and you will be responsible for carrying out safe and productive operation of the Sandvik DR460 and Atlas Copco Pit Viper 275 Drill Rigs.
You will also be completing drill bit change outs, filling drills with water and working with the Drill & Blast team.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Blast Hole Driller
- Coal Mining experience – Essential
- Standard 11 Induction Training Induction (or willing to obtain)
- Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
- Must live within safe traveling distance of the Blackwater region
- Proven experience with the Sandvik DR460 and Atlas Copco Pit Viper 275 Drill Rigs
