About the role
As the Administrator reporting to the Manager Mining Production at Mt Whaleback, you will be a key member of the Mining Production team. Valued by the leadership team for your high level of integrity and contributions towards safety, you will participate and provide support in leadership meetings. In this role, you will provide keen administrative support to the Mining Production team as needed. Your key duties will include; diary management and event coordination; producing correspondence, reporting and presentations; identifying and implementing improvements for department reporting systems; travel coordination and data management; and in conjunction with the Manager, facilitate internal department communications.
Using your excellent organizational skills, keen eye for detail and strong administration skills, you will be trusted to create work at a high level. With strong communication skills, you will feel comfortable to contribute in Leadership meetings regarding safety and continuous improvement. Your professional and supportive approach will see you as a valued and reliable member of the team, and through your contributions and inputs, will demonstrate your commitment to the success of the teams culture and performance.
In this role you will be residential based in Newman, Western Australia. Newman enjoys well-established town facilities including a newly revitalized town center and sporting facilities. As a gateway to the Karijini national park, you will be in close proximity to spectacular gorges, water courses and stunningly unique landscapes.
