My Story

I started this site to give you the best information and inform you of the best training courses available.  The website will show you what you need to do and how to better position yourself and give you every chance of securing a job in the mining industry.

You can find out what mining courses you need to do to work in the QLD mines. Courses that could help you stand out from the other candidates. You will find out which ones are important and which ones are not so important at different stages. You will also be able to distinguish which mining sites are a scam

You will get a fair idea what it is like working in the mines from different sections of my website or by getting our free MINING Project News alerts.

The industry is now stronger than ever and has built itself back to a position that will remain strong for the next 25 years.

I have gathered a team of experienced professionals and partnered with training companies who can help you to prepare yourself so you can apply to any potential employer in the mining industry with confidence.

I hope that you will find my site helpful and be able to position yourself to get the job in the mines that you want.

      HI Alan

I would concentrate on getting some work doing shutdowns. There are many companies up around the Bowen Basin that would like someone with your experience. You could start by getting your details to a labour hire company like AWX.
