Mine Services Operators – 8 needed urgently

Location: Regional QLD

Chandler MacLeod is currently seeking experienced Mine Service operators to start work ASAP on projects in regional Queensland. This is a contract position until approximately the end of August.

You’ll need the following…

  • Experience with rear dumping
  • Dozer operations
  • Grader operations
  • Poly welding and pumping

You should also be aware you must hold the following qualifications:

  • Standard 11 Induction Training (statement of attainment)
  • Coal Board Medical (must be less then 24 months old)
  • Drivers Licence,� Birth Certificate� or Passport

Camp Accommodation is available. Access to the mine site will be DIDO.

If you have the qualifications and experience, get your applications in as soon as possible, because you can start work straight away if you have the ‘goods’.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
